Services

Mobile Patrols

Heritage Mobile Security provides an outstanding, cost effective, Mobile Patrol Service. Uniformed Security Patrol Officers are an efficient and visible deterrent. Our Patrol Officers visit and inspect your premises at agreed intervals, night and day, checking for damage and intrusion and performing any number of additional specified tasks such as meter reading, perimeter patrols, machinery checks or fuel bowser checks.

  • Mobile patrol visits can be tailored to fulfil specific customer requirements and are available throughout our current operational area.
  • Assignment instructions are compiled and supplied for each customer who details the directives to be carried out by the duty officers.
  • Mobile patrol visits consist of a licenced uniformed Security Officer who will make a series of pre-determined visits using a marked, Heritage patrol vehicle.
  • All mobile patrol visits are tracked and recorded with full details available to clients.

Security officers are supported by Heritage’s Supervision Team and Control Centre.

Unlock & Lock
A number of our clients instruct Heritage to unlock and lock their premises on a daily basis. This is important as sickness and accidents on the way to work, can leave a work force in front of locked gates costing your company production time and money.

Alarm Response

In the event of an Alarm Activation at your premises your Alarm receiving centre will contact our Monitoring Station, who will co-ordinate the response. Security Officers will investigate the alarm activation, take the appropriate course of action and secure the premises as quickly as possible. A full report will be emailed first thing the following working day.

Key Holding

If you are away from your office for significant periods of time, it can be very difficult, if not impossible, for you to reach your business in the event of an emergency.

By utilising Heritage key holding services, you can be sure that you have fully accredited, Security Industry Authority-approved officers on hand to attend to your premises.

The Heritage team are dedicated to providing a quick response time to any call out, whether they are needed on a corporate, commercial or industrial property.

When we look after your keys, we do so with safety and security as the number one priority: all keys are sealed, stored and tagged with anti-tamper security seals, ensuring total protection of your keys and your premises.

Heritage Mobile Security provide Key Holding Services in accordance with requirements of BS 7984.

What we do

Each client is assigned a unique reference number covering all corresponding paperwork for Accounts, Operations and Alarm Receiving Centre.
We obtain at least 3 Keyholders. The Keyholders will only be called upon when a serious problem has occurred which cannot be rectified by our Mobile operative or our operative deems it necessary to inform you of an incident.
We will enter all serial numbers, Key descriptions and photos of the Keys to our KeyTracker system and include any Fobs or Swipe cards. This will create a Bar code for your keys.

This information will then be audited on a weekly basis, where keys will be scanned and re-entered to KeyTracker and recorded on your Virtual KeyTracker file.

Quarterly Key Audits are carried out and Bar codes are changed in accordance with the British Standard 7984 Keyholding and Response Services code of practice.

Any change of keys or new keys are added, this procedure will be repeated.

Upon commencement of contract, we walk through a potential Alarm Activation, checking all Keys and Fobs. A method statement is produced giving a step by step account of the Activation procedure.

A Risk Assessment is produced making notes of any potential Health and Safety Hazards.

The Alarm Activation Procedures and Keys are passed to the Mobile Supervisors, the procedure is signed off by the Supervisor to say it has been read and understood.

In the event of an activation the following procedure is carried out:

  • A call is received from your Monitoring Station
  • The Mobile Patrol Unit arrives on site and notifies the Control centre
  • The Mobile Patrol Unit make a full external/internal Patrol to ascertain the problem
  • The Mobile Patrol Unit produces a full Report
  • In the event damage has occurred, a boarding up service is available and or additional security can be arranged as per your instruction. . Photographs are taken and sent to Control if required. If necessary the emergency services are called. All these details will be recorded in the report.
  • The report is emailed to you first thing the following day
